# Can helpers rate and review parents?

Helpers can rate parents, but cannot leave written reviews.

After a completed job:
• Helpers provide a Star Rating (1–5) based on their experience
• The average rating appears on the parent’s profile

Written reviews about parents are not displayed on the platform.
