# How can I increase my chances of getting a job?



There are a few ways to improve your chances of being selected:

Respond quickly
• Reply to job invitations as soon as possible, even if you’re unavailable.
• Keep your profile up to date
• Include a clear photo, your experience, and availability so parents can easily understand your suitability.
• When you get invited to a job, send the parent a chat message to let them know you are keen.

Build a strong reputation
• Positive ratings and reviews help parents feel confident choosing you.
• Add a Profile Video.  A short introduction video can help parents get to know you and may increase your chances of receiving job invitations
• Add references to your profile.  Parents can request your referee details from the Customer Service team.
