# How does the Juggle Street corporate program work?

Juggle Street’s employee benefits program allows employers to provide subscriptions for their employees.

Employees can:
• Create a profile
• Find and connect with local helpers
• Post jobs and hire directly
All childcare arrangements are:
• Managed directly between the parent and helper
• Paid directly by the parent

Employers are not involved in the hiring process or individual job arrangements.
This makes it easy for organisations to support working parents without added administration.
