# How does the Juggle Street Public Liability Insurance work?

Juggle Street includes Public Liability Insurance for jobs that are posted and awarded through the platform, giving parents additional peace of mind.
The policy is designed to help cover legal liability for third-party personal injury or property damage connected to a Juggle Street job.

Insurance applies when:
• The job is posted and awarded through Juggle Street
• The parent has an active subscription
• The job complies with the Juggle Street Terms & Conditions and the insurance policy

Jobs arranged privately through in-app chat, without being posted and awarded through the platform, are not covered.
The policy may help cover legal costs and other expenses associated with an accepted claim, subject to the policy terms and conditions.
