# Why isn’t PayTo working?



PayTo works with most major banks, but it may not be available for some account types (for example, accounts that require two-person authorisation or certain business accounts).

If PayTo isn’t working, check the following:
• Your bank details (BSB and account number) are correct
• There’s a pending PayTo agreement in your banking app (usually under Payments or PayTo)
• Notifications are turned on so you don’t miss the approval request
• Your banking app is up to date
If you can’t see a PayTo request:
• Try logging out and back in
• Remove and re-add your bank details

If it still doesn’t appear, your bank can confirm whether PayTo is enabled on your account.
