Childcare Business FAQ - Can I chat online with potential employees?

If you have a Job Post open, you’ll be able to use ‘Chat’ to talk to childcare workers who have been invited to your job. You will be able to discuss further details or arrange interviews (before awarding them the job). Jobs must not be organised via chat, as we won’t have a record of the job and the childcare worker won’t be able to be rated and reviewed on our platform.
