Respond quickly • Reply to job invitations as soon as possible, even if you’re unavailable. • Keep your profile up to date • Include a clear photo, your experience, and availability so parents can easily understand your suitability. • When you get invited to a job, send the parent a chat message to let them know you are keen.

Build a strong reputation • Positive ratings and reviews help parents feel confident choosing you. • Add a Profile Video. A short introduction video can help parents get to know you and may increase your chances of receiving job invitations • Add references to your profile. Parents can request your referee details from the Customer Service team.

Can I cancel my parent subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel your subscription: • Go to the Payments section of your account • Select Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens if my helper cancels a job?

Accepted Answer

If your helper cancels a confirmed job, you’ll be notified in the app straight away.

To find a replacement quickly, you can: • Repost the job • Invite other available helpers to apply

If the helper cancels outside the platform (for example, via chat), ask them to cancel the job in the app so the cancellation is properly recorded. Cancellations are tracked on helper profiles, so parents can see a helper’s reliability over time when choosing who to invite.

What qualifications and checks do I need as a helper?

Juggle Street includes several requirements to help maintain a safe and trusted community.

If you are 18 or older, you must have: • A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or Blue Card • Completed identity verification (Stripe Identity) If you are aged 16–17: • You must have Guardian Approval before your profile becomes active • You are not required to complete identity verification You can also strengthen your profile by including: • First Aid certification • Childcare or education qualifications (e.g. Cert III, Diploma) • Relevant experience

Juggle Street verifies required safety checks, but parents are encouraged to carry out their own interviews and reference checks.

When and how do I get paid?

How you get paid depends on the type of job.

One-off jobs • Payments are made through the Juggle Street app using PayTo* • After the job, you and the parent confirm the hours worked • The parent approves the payment • Funds are transferred directly to your bank account A 5% service fee is deducted from payments made through the platform.

Recurring jobs For ongoing roles, payment is arranged directly with the parent (for example, bank transfer or cash), usually at the end of each job. *PayTo is used in Australia only. NZ parents pay their helpers directly for one-off jobs
