Childcare Business FAQ - How does Juggle Street for businesses work?
Juggle Street is a real-time job platform, available on PC/Mac and mobile app, to find and book local workers in a matter of minutes. When your Juggle Street Pro business account is completed and approved, you can view detailed profiles of childcare workers who live close to your business location. You can post one-off casual childcare jobs and multi-shift recurring childcare jobs. Once your Job Post is created, individual job invitations are delivered directly to childcare workers via their Juggle Street App, and they Apply or Decline with a single tap. You review job applications, use in-app chat to organise interviews or ask any questions you have, then award the job to your chosen applicant. Workers you find on Juggle Street are employed directly by your business and get paid directly by your business. Your business is responsible for complying with all relevant State Government and Federal Government employment legislation and regulations.
Juggle Street is not a childcare agency, it does not provide childcare services, and it does not employ or contract childcare workers. Juggle Street is an “introductory platform” enabling businesses to post jobs to local workers. It is imperative that businesses do their own due diligence and validate certifications and references provided by workers they are introduced to on Juggle Street. Juggle Street does not charge a commission, take a percentage of the hourly rate, or charge a placement fee.
