Helper FAQ - Can I Rate & Review Parents?

Ratings – Yes. Helpers are asked to give a Star Rating (1 Star = bad, 5 Stars = excellent) to five questions relating to the job. The average of all carer 5 Star Ratings will appear on the parents’ Juggle Street profile.

Reviews – No. Carers cannot leave a written review about a parent.
