Helper FAQ - How do parents Rate & Review carers?

Rating helpers - following the completion of a job, parents are asked to give the carer a Star Rating (1 Star=bad, 5 Stars=excellent) to five questions specific to the job. The average 5 Star Rating is calculated for each job, the average of all 5 Star Ratings appears on the carer profile.

Written reviews – following the completion of a job parents can leave a written review relating to the job. Written reviews also appear on the carer profile.
