Helper FAQ - Qualifications and Working With Children Check/Blue Cards (Australia Only)

You are encouraged to list your relevant certificates and qualifications such as first aid, Cert III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education etc. Juggle Street does not verify your certificates and qualifications, parents are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and enquires. Parents on Juggle Street are required to follow the relevant State legislation relating to the employment of babysitters and nannies.

All new helpers 18 years and over require a Working With Children Check or Blue Card. Your account will not be approved until your WWCC/Blue Card information is verified by Juggle Street.Once the information provided is verified, it will be displayed on your profile along with the verified icon. If the information provided is invalid your account will remain pending.If your WWCC/Blue Card expires or is withdrawn you must update your Juggle Street profile accordingly.

All existing helpers are required to obtain a WWCC or Blue Card by 1st July 2019.

Juggle Street does not ask for, or collect Police Check information.
