Parent FAQ - How do I decide which helpers to invite to apply for my job?

The age, profile and experience of a helpers’ suitability will vary depending on the requirements and responsibilities of each job. Factors to consider when choosing helpers include, number of jobs completed, ratings & reviews, day of the week & time of day, number and age of children (are they already in bed!), driving & picking up the children etc.

There are two ways of inviting helpers to your job:

1) DIY - In this approach, you personally choose the helpers you want to invite. You can utilize filters to select helpers based on criteria such as age and driver's license availability. For optimal outcomes, it's recommended to initially invite a substantial group of helpers. You can then view the applicants and decide who you think is the most suitable for your job.

2) Juggle Assist - Opting for Juggle Assist involves our algorithm inviting a substantial number of helpers who fulfill your criteria, relieving you from the task of individually selecting each person. Subsequently, you'll receive a curated list of applicants who express interest in completing your job. This option is particularly useful when time is of the essence, and is well-suited for before & after-school jobs.
