Parent FAQ - What checks are done on Helpers incl. WWCC

• All new helpers 18 years and over in Australia require a Working With Children Check or Blue Card. Helper accounts will not be approved until their WWCC/Blue Card information is verified by Juggle Street. Once the information provided is verified, it will be displayed on their profile along with the verified icon. If the information provided is invalid their account will remain pending.

• Juggle Street does not ask for, or collect Police Check information.

• Helpers are encouraged to list their relevant certificates and qualifications such as first aid, Cert III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education etc. Juggle Street does not verify certificates and qualifications, parents are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and enquires. Parents on Juggle Street are required to follow the relevant State legislation relating to the employment of babysitters and nannies.
