How do parents rate and review helpers?

After each completed job, parents can rate and review helpers.
• Parents give a Star Rating (1–5) based on the job
• Parents can also leave a written review
A helper’s overall rating is the average of all ratings they have received and is displayed on their profile.
Written reviews may also appear on the helper’s profile to provide additional context.
