When and how do I get paid?

How you get paid depends on the type of job.

One-off jobs
• Payments are made through the Juggle Street app using PayTo*
• After the job, you and the parent confirm the hours worked
• The parent approves the payment
• Funds are transferred directly to your bank account
A 5% service fee is deducted from payments made through the platform.

Recurring jobs
For ongoing roles, payment is arranged directly with the parent (for example, bank transfer or cash), usually at the end of each job.

*PayTo is used in Australia only.  NZ parents pay their helpers directly for one-off jobs
