How do I contact a parent?

There are a few ways to connect with parents on Juggle Street.

Send connection requests

Once your profile is complete, you can browse family profiles and send connection requests to parents you’d like to work with.
This makes it easier for them to invite you to jobs.

Respond to job invitations

When a parent posts a job, you may receive an invitation via the app.
You can accept or decline based on your availability. Responding promptly helps you receive more invitations in the future.

Use in-app chat

If you’ve been invited to a job, you can message the parent using in-app chat to ask questions or discuss details.

To proceed with a job, the parent must officially award the job through the platform.
If a job isn’t awarded, it won’t be recorded and you won’t be able to receive a rating or review.
