How does Guardian Approval work?

Helpers aged 16–17 must have a parent or guardian approve their account.

The process works as follows:

1. The helper signs up and adds parent/guardian details
2. The parent/guardian creates a basic account
3. The parent/guardian reviews the helper’s profile
4. The parent/guardian approves or declines the profile

Once approved, the helper’s profile becomes visible to families.
