What are Favourite Requests?

Helpers can send you a Favourite Request to express interest in working with your family.

If you accept the request, the helper will be added to your My Favourites list, making it quicker and easier to invite them to future jobs.

You’re always in control — there’s no obligation to accept any request.

You can also add helpers to your My Favourites list yourself by clicking the heart icon on their profile.

Using favourites helps you quickly reconnect with helpers you trust or would like to work with again.
