What happens if my helper cancels a job?

If your helper cancels a confirmed job, you’ll be notified in the app straight away.

To find a replacement quickly, you can:
• Repost the job
• Invite other available helpers to apply

If the helper cancels outside the platform (for example, via chat), ask them to cancel the job in the app so the cancellation is properly recorded.
Cancellations are tracked on helper profiles, so parents can see a helper’s reliability over time when choosing who to invite.
