How do I rate and review helpers?

Ratings and reviews help parents choose reliable helpers and build trust within the Juggle Street community.

After each completed job:
• Rate the helper
You’ll be asked to give a Star Rating (1–5) based on your experience.
These ratings contribute to the helper’s overall score displayed on their profile.
• Leave a written review
You can also leave a written review describing your experience.
This helps other parents understand how the helper performs on the job.

Over time, ratings and reviews build a clear picture of a helper’s reliability, communication, and overall performance.
